The client reached out to me to manage their pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Bing, Google and Yahoo.

The goal: to optimize the ‘start a quote’ process on their insurance website and analyze drop-off points in the online quote journey. Key metrics focused on included the initiation of a quote, abandonment rate, and completion rate.

THE SOLUTION

Since taking over the client’s pay-per-click campaigns, I’ve boosted conversion rates, decreased cost-per-click, doubled mobile conversion and found new keywords to increase sales.
